I am not worried about them treating my query about the brakes, but wanted to take advantage of having to turn it in for while. So my experience has been that unless one makes a specific complaint they do not mention anything.
For example, when I first heard about the transmission update, my service tech said it might hurt more than help. After the long thread here, I went back and named the problems found in the service bulletin, got the update, and things are better. Last edited by GPSnV1; 09-22-2009 at 08:17 PM.
