2009 X5 diesel in canada

new to the forum and wanted to know what price i should offer for
a demo 2009 with 5000kms. msrp in canada is 75k with the options
last year i could have gotten 5% off the msrp
now that it is a model yr old and used what you suggest my low offer be?

I have attached the MSRP and dealers invoice price for Canadian 2009 35d. I would use the dealers invoice price including the options on the vehicle as a starting point.

not sure if this helps but picked up a 35d new in May 09 and got just over 12% off the msrp. 5.3% of that was a factory to dealer incentive. I did have to pay 1274 in freight&pdi.
