Has anyone purchased the receiver and installation kit and retrofitted themselves? Did the car need programming?

Yes car needs programming! Most dealers charge two hours even though the instructions call for one hr!

Do you know if they charge the $350 or $595 for the module?

On the 2010 price list, Sirius is $350. It was $595 for 2008 and 2009.
