Red stripe on 20's that fit a e70

I have never seen a e70 with the rims with the red stripe. I was just in LA a couple of weeks ago and saw a 335i blacked out with black rims with a red stripe. I'm picking up a 2009 x5 this weekend and was wondering where to get some that fit a e70. Any pics? Do they have them?

On an X5 I would think not but I am more of a traditionalist. I like thing left stock. Colored side walls are a fad and maybe look great on a new Camero or Scion TC but not on a BMW. Just my opinion but hey if its your car and you like it, go for it. Who gives a crap what anyone else thinks.

All i know, it looked great on the 335. Your are right though, It might be a little too much. I got 18's factory and i feel they are too small for the sav.

yeah 18's for an X5 are small. I have the 20's Y spoke on the 4.8 sport. I think the 20's on the X6 5.0 sport are a great looking wheel.

Yea, but better wheels and it seems that the red pinstripe was thinner on the one i saw. I picked up my x5 on saturday!!! It doesn't seem like i got the 18 inch wheels butit does say that on my sticker. I need to measure them. They look like the 19's i'm sort of happy with them. At least for this winter.

I am not sure if red pinstripping will work on an SUV but if you really wanted to, you can get your wheels done at a wheel shop. You might also want to do a vinyl pin stripping just in case you dont like it.
