Here's the deal I have pending on an X5. What do you think?
Well, I've been shopping pretty hard and a friend of mine who sells cars went to an auction last week. I was looking for an '04 or '05 4.4 but there were none that fit my criteria. He however picked up an '07 E70 X5 Black/Black 4.8 with 50k miles, premium, sport, and cold weather pkg no Navi. I haven't seen it yet but it is supposed to be clean with no accidents or paint work. I will know exactly what it looks like and what it has by Monday. Price....$32k. I think it's a killer deal and am pretty sure we are going to jump on it. Any thoughts or other considerations I should take into account?

No, and the mfg warranty is up in about 700 miles. At that price, it leaves plenty of money for future repairs.
