Anyone found LED that works for map lights and visors?

Shinchan's post pretty much outlines the "best" LED interior bulbs and Jamesboag's response to my earlier post details how to remove the rear lights from the ceiling (VERY carefully!).

The owner's manual and other posts also detail how to remove the front console to access those lights.

So, I know there's a lot of us who have now upgraded "all" lights including the glove compartment.

BUT, no post yet on a working map light LED replacement solution or a visor light LED replacement.

I've tried 4 different lights but they all flash so I, for one, am less than worthy . . .

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?
