OEM foot pedal DIY

So I got these pedals (automatic version).... I thought it was just a simple pedal swap... but apparently, its the whole gas pedal unit (pontentiometer and all). It looks like the original gas pedal, has a plastic rivet style to mount it to the body.... anyone know how to remove this. The accessory gas pedal is a lot bigger than original one and doesnt look like it will even fit.... anyone has experience or pics of the new pedal mounted in place. Does anyone have any instructions for this mod? Thanks for any input.

Ok.... its not a rivet that keeps the gas pedal in place. Its a rubber cap thats on top of a allen head screw. Pop it off, an allen head screw is underneath. Pull the pedal towards the engine, and it will slide off. Un plug the cable.

Plug the cable on the new gas pedal. Slide the pedal in the metal tab that holds the top part of the pedal. Screw the pedal in place. 5 min mod. The brake pedal is self explanatory.... simple remove and replace.
