New 35d - delivery advice...

Been a member for some while now but mainly active on UK X5 board. Now in Canada and taking delivery of new 35d on Wednesday. Any advice on what I should expect in terms of floor mats and any other 'goodies'?

Or am I being optimistic!

I'd appreciate any input - will post pictures when I get the car

Thanks for that. Excited - absolutely - saw the car on Saturday and had a quick drive and was very pleased. Trouble is I get it on Wednesday (having ordered it in late November) but then I fly back to the UK for 9 days on Friday!!!

Mats were freaking scarce when we picked up our 35d. Took the dealer over a week to nail down the all-weather mats. I would have preferred carpet, but I was just happy to pull my old Boxster mats out of the X5 when they finally came in.

I had a performance center delivery. Great experience, but the car was absolutely bare! My dealer ordered carpet mats for me. It took about a month for sand beige to arrive, but I got them free. I did get a tee shirt, a dealer hat and two key chains though!

We took delivery of our X5d two weeks ago and I received both all weather and carpet mats, BMW key chains for both keys, and $100 to spend toward parts and stuff.

Where in Canada are you located?

Thanks everyone. I was told by the SA that it would have a full tank of fuel - will find out tomorrow! Appreciate the other posts - would particularly want the mats. Located near Toronto and expecting snow Wednesday.

Yea, this is my 3rd BMW in 4 years. Traded in my e60 535i for the X. Got 5% over invoice and 47k for the trade in on the e60.
