Weird
Just remove the taillight assembly and place a vacuum hose over the hole where the bulb assembly goes in (or whatever hole in the assembly that little guy appears to have entered through). Place your hand around the opening to create a better vacuum if necessary. Should suck right out. I used this method to remove a dead bug from my E46 taillight years ago.
