Same thing happened to me. I tried to put the back support rail on the front, turned the screw out too far...and kerplunk.
It was a royal pain in the butt to get it back together properly, but eventually I got it. Won't make that mistake again! |

I had this problem... Ended up using crazy glue to attach nut to the backbone... Stupid, but worked.
