Navigation Question

Does our navigation allow us to look up gas stations, hotels, etc or just allow us to put in an address and get there? I want to know how to look up near by restaurants, etc.

If you turn on points of interests on the map, you can have the different items you wish show up on the map

Yes, you can look up points of interest at current destination or at a specified location.

you can look it up but you have to know what category it is in. For example, cars and services - fuel stations.

Yes, but the database is very poor (limited and out-of-date), as compared to something like a $100 Garmin GPS. On trips I now always take my Garmin along as back-up when the BMW Nav cannot find something.
