Anyone familiarized with realoem catalog?
I would like to change my std steering wheel with a sport model as seen in the link below: RealOEM.com BMW E70 X5 3.0d Airbag sports steering wheel, leather What parts do I need to order beside the airbag module and steering ring? Thanks in advance.

I changed the sport Individual steeringwheel in my X5 for the M-steeringwheel. That was only a steering ring swap. Are you going for the sport steeringwheel of the M-steeringwheel?? On ebay.de I found some good deals on the M one..
In your case I would expect that you also need the plastic trim on the underside of the airbag.
