Hi Vince- Great price, but a bit of a drive for me....
![]() What do you recommend for 'perfect alignment' specs on an X5? General use, not track/sport/race set up In particular, what toe do you shoot for when you align? A |

Dont have specs in front of me. I leave that to my alignment tech!

Yeah, well the reason I ask is that many techs just toss it on the machine and if the numbers are green they declare it "fine". (The print out lists values within spec as green and out of spec red)
Personally I believe BMW specs are way too large and allow so much toe that you will scrub off the tires in no time at all- especially the insides of the rear tires with the typical BMW camber on the rears. Lets hope your tech shares my concerns.... I pay more, but demand a setting where I spec it, not just 'in spec'. A |

Often times we have customers come in and demand the specs be put within there limits and we accomadate them accordingly. My alignment tech is very good and does his best to makes sure the numbers are uniform, particularly the camber settings.
