need help buying 2011 35i/35d......

I'm researching buying a 2011 35i/35d and was wanting to know if anyone could give me any advice on what to ask for in terms of final price offer (how much over invoice, is there an advantage to buying out of state where there is no sales tax, picking up at BMW driving school, etc.)

I purchased a 2009 335xi last year from my local dealer for a good price as it was the end of the year and it was on the lot. This time, I will be ordering.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I live in Lexington, KY but am willing to travel for a great deal.
