Newbie

Just a quick intro. I'm Dennis and I've bought a 1 year old X5 35D wich will be picked up the day before my vacation. It's individual Ruby black with champagne interior. I'm really excited! The car has adaptive drive, active front steering and comfort seats.

I've had a 530i from 2004 to 2007. Now coming from a 325i Touring and 130i as my daily driver I cannot wait to get back in a big comfortable car.

I'll post some pics after my ski holiday.

Congrats. That sounds like a great color combo. I haven't seen a Ruby Black exterior before. I have a Sapphire Black with Beige interior and I love the 35D. Have 5k miles already in 3 months.

Have a safe vacation and post some pics.

As promised some pictures of the Ruby black with the champagne interior.

I'll try to shoot some good exterior pics when the sun shines, the red glows through the black paint with direct sunlight very nice.

I let the dealer change the individual steeringwheel (wich had a champagne leather insert) for an M-steeringwheel. Luckily the individual trim in nappa leather fitted the M-steeringwheel perfectly!

Congrats, the interior looks beautiful. And the pano roof completes the package. Nice choice.
