Anyone have May lease numbers yet??

Im taking delivery on the 5th...Anyone have any news on the May lease rates? Specifically for the X-5 5.0....the numbers I ahve for now is a buy rate of .00195 and a residual of 62% for a 36 mo 12 k lease....any improvement or change for may??

Highly doubt that the 2011 program for X5 will change since 99% of the leases for the first 2011's will start in May.

Sheikh, my CA said that there are too many 2010 models still floating around the system and he doesn't think the rates will change much on the 3rd for the 2011s.

Now he also stated that the X5s are a different story and there aren't many 2010s, so he's not sure about them. His suspicion is that the rates probably won't change.

Let's hope they do.

Lease Programs will be announced on Monday. Expect 2010 programs to turn to $$ and lease support to minimize. Ground stock is relatively skinny on 2010's

Aren't these the April rates? The date of Tarry's posting that you linked to was 4-9-10.

Sorry, you are right. I figured it was for May since it had the X5 in it which hasn't even been released...

Those were April numbers for the 2011 models
