Any word on a DME fix for the 35d?

I've already had mine replaced once (at 4k miles) because of the engine fault: reduced power warning. Although its never caused me any issues other than seeing it show up. One time while driving in the snow it happened and i was capped at 1500 rpm, restarted and no issue, then i had the DME replaced. Now its doing it again (just the visual warning, 2 time now when on the highway with cruise set).

Luckily my family loves the 35d enough that we don't mind that much lol. It has 10k on it now and our last trip to the beach we averaged 28.5 calculated with 4 people and a vehicle full of luggage, so atleast theres a benefit to the inconvenience...
