X5M front bumper retrofit

Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit the X5M front bumper to a 2008 E70 3.0D SPORT? Are the headlights on the X5M the same as a standard X5, would the guards need to be replaced as well? Thanks.

Yep you need guards and lights but more to the question is WHY? You have a 3.0D and you want it to look like an M, really? Thats nuts !!
