X5&6 is on a distinguished road
Question are the kidney grill in the X6 as same as the X5??

hey guys,
new member here
i will post some pics of my X5 & X6 soon :d
thinking of switching the kidney grills between the cars!
are they the same ?
is it possible ?

I believed both kidney grilles from X5 and X6 are sharing the same part #. The fitment should not be a problem.

I'd double check . just saw the X5 & X6 next to each other & the X6 looks larger.

Speaking of grills, what grill would look best with a white or pearl silver 2011 x5 35 M? The one that would corm with the car or the 50i grill, or maybe the M model?

I just ordered and received a pair of gloss black kidney grilles from Tischer BMW dealer last Thursday. I was told by the Part Dept. Manager that the black kidney grilles for both X5 and X5 are sharing the same part number. Here are the part numbers:

Left 51712150246


Right 51712150247
