It's fairly obvious that you are fixated on getting this done. Almost all of the people that posted here have stated that it's probably not a good idea. In the end you'll probably get it done, but unless your dealer has Jesus working in the garage, you'll have no recourse when something goes wrong, both from BMW and your dealer, because you can refer to what Ard stated:

4. I am guessing Kuwaiti dealers will do a lot of things that BMW might not recommend and will basically then say "Hey, you wanted us to do it- it's your problem"

I had my headlights on my GMC painted, and they turned out very nice. I have not seen it done on a BMW, but I would guess that it could be done the same way I did it.
It is a very hard and complicated process in opening the housing. The GMC dealer here in Dubai attempted to open one light, but they messed up and ended up breaking the front. I also tried to do it myself and was able to get it open fine, but ended up messing it up when closing the housing. Some other GMC owners have done it without problems.

I ended up buying a new pair of headlights, and had it done by a company in the US and shipped to Dubai. If I remember correctly, it cost me about $1,000 plus about $300 for shipping.

That's funny, I thought he was a carpenter? Unless you mean Jesus (pronounced Hey-Zeus)

And while that Denali came out nice, #1 it was a GMC product which might have less integrity to begin with as for the housing & the components and #2, $1,300 is an awful lot of hard earned cash to spend on a housing paint job.

But alas, to each their own.

A GMC and BMW are different, but the glue/sealant used to seal the housing should be close so therefore it should be the same. Bake it in the oven and carefully pry it apart.
I know $1300 is a lot. I was expecting to pay around $400 but it ended up being quite a bit more.

Go for it you crazy bastard! Don't let the naysayers turn you away from your outlandish ideas for your truck. Good luck getting the sand out in a few months though haha
