All those buttons... same as Audi... not beneficial. At first I thought it was a better system until I actually got to using it in the ultimate-driving-event comparo with the A6 (and Q5 last year). They have 1" buttons that simply take up space, in addition to having the controller... I don't get it.

If you order the leather dash, you can drastically improve the interior of the X5.

I actually tried the Cayenne 1.5 yrs ago. Just before I got my X5. It's the entry level model (not Turbo, S or GTS). The V6 engine is really horrible. Very rough and it vibrates at standstill. Dealer told me it is normal. It's really a very harsh drive. The harder you drive it, the harsher it is. You can feel the V6 being push to the limit once you step on it. X5 is alot more refine and smoother. After test driving the X5, I did not give the Cayenne a second chance.

With the new Cayenne, I am not sure if they have improve the V6 3.6L engine? Anyone compare the older model and the new one?
