Just get these, they'll match your Black Sapphire very well:
BMW X5 E70 FRONT EURO BUMPER SIDE REFLECTOR LIGHT SMOKE: eBay Motors (item 120583365768 end time Jul-13-10 18:42:46 PDT)

Any idea where I can get that black sapphire spray paint for the grilles?

Beautiful Ride and Congrats! The mods look great! Keep them coming. Whatever wheels you choose the car is going to look amazing. How about switching out the exhaust tips for the 50i? Im sure it can be done in the near future.

Go Diesel!

I would really like to upgrade the tips if they come available to the 50i. However, I do like the tips much better on the '11 than the '10. They are significantly bigger in diameter.

I really don't know about getting black sapphire in a spray, but I highly doubt they have it. The dealer has the exact paint match and was just going to charge me $50 to spray it and then ended up just throwing it in!

Does anyone have any experience with painting the relectors to match without removing them? I would like to change them out, but it seems like it would be easier and cheaper just to have them painted than replaced with body color.

For some things like tips (I think this is what we are talking about) you wouldn't need them to be sprayed metallic black, just black would do. So a spray in sapphire black shouldn't be needed. I haven't seen the 50i tips in person but will look closely when I do.

The reflectors are a pain to change out (thats why I havent done it yet) but you should consider the painted/same body color ones. Others have performed the change out (DaRipper) and it looks the best.

The lower grill came black since it does not have the sport package.

Also, I decided on 20" matte black 214 rims. They should be ready in about a week so I'll post new picks then.

Do you mind me asking where you got the wheels and what are the tire sizes ?

I see these replicas on ebay, but I would like to get them from a reputable seller.

Do they stickout without the fenderflares ?

Thanks
