IT IS HERE !!! 2011 X5 35d (WITH PICS!)
 Timelines: Order Placed June 2nd Production started July 2nd Production completed July 16th (took long because of the plant shutdown for five days) Release to carrier July 18th At the dealer in NJ July 21st (that is only 3 days en route, including Sunday) Picked up, everything was fast and no surprises... And guess what - the cargo cover was included, as promised! Here are some Droid pictures, one of them with old and new side by side!

Let us know if the cargo carrier cover is included - somebody over at bimmerfest supposedly called BMWNA recently, and was told that it isn't included with ANY X5's anymore, so will be interesting to see what you got.

Just got an email from CA confirming the cover is there!!! Obviously, I want to see it before I believe it, but I never caught him lying or giving me incorrect information before... That is why this is 5th BMW my family purchased from him!

It's only the 35i that has the cargo cover issues in lower trims. 35d and 50i always have it.

i talked with my dealer about this and he contacted his home office who in turn have contacted BMW NA and BMW Munich so I hope to have the real answer soon. Of course I'll find out if my 35d has the cover tomorrow, supposed to arrive!
