Differences between SAV, Sport & M-sport?

I am researching for a CPO 2010 and have seen various vehicles available with either the Sport Activity Package, the Sport Package or the M-Sport Package.

Can some one explain the differences to me or provide a link for a 2010 Order guide that explains the different packages.

Thanks.

Read the link posted above.

Short overview:

"Sport package" was only used on the earlier BMWs. Sport Activity is basically Sport package without the suspension upgrade; Americans want big wheels without the firmer suspension- a marketing decision. M sport is Sport package except with the aerodynamic package and M badges- mostly cosmetic upgrades over the Sport package itself.

You can also get the Sport Package with "Adaptive Drive" which does provide a firmer suspension with a click of a button.

Great, thanks. That was exactly what I was looking for.

I read that thread, but didn't make it far enough to see those posts.
