gearbox maintenance X5 E-70

Hello, greetings from spain.


I have a X5 E70 with 3.0d engine and 6 speed automatic gearbox, i think that is the 6HP26Z and the ATF is shell M1375.4. it has more of 100.000kms or 60K miles and i want to change the fluid. I need to know if Pentosin ATF1 is compatible with this gearbox and what ATF is recommended for this gearbox. Castrol transmax Z is compatible? Thanks
I also need to know how to change the ATF and the filter in this gearbox... the instructions. Because i dont know how to do it. Instructions like:
1. the gearbox cant be cold
2. the gearbox have to be in P position
3. extract the filter
4. drain the old ATF after....
