Emergency help needed
My GF hit the garage with my mountain bike on the rack this morning. No damage to the bike or the bike rack, but it bent the roof rail on the car. Luck there's no other damage to the car. I found a rail in LA that I'll go and get today. BUT, I need to know how to get the rail off to put the new rail on. Any help any can give me I'd be very thankful for…

I apologize for the lack of details but I remember reading a threat about switching to a different set. I remember you will have to take out the headliner for the install

I took the car to the shop today; there's no damage to the roof. No damage to the bike or the bike rack; I got lucky. If all goes well should be fixed by Thursday. Ive got a picture on my iPhone but can't upload it from the phone of course. I'll put it up tomorrow.
