What is number next to USB icon?

I have a large hard disk hooked into the USB connector in the center console. Everything is working great but I was wondering what is the number on the nav screen after the USB icon - it changes over time and I can't figure out what it is...

I thought it was the song number at times...

I believe it is the number of tracks in the current album.

Yes its the current song number in your album/playlist/folder. Press the arrow up or down on the right side of your steering wheel and the number will increment/decrement.
