X5 E70 3.0d Black Sapphire Sport packs with pics

Hi All

I have been lurking around the forum for a while and recently sold our E83 Platinum Bronze 3.0si and upgraded to a '07 E70 X5 3.0d Black Sapphire in Camel Leather and Bamboo Trim..

Having been driving for almost two months, here is a quick comparison to our previous X3:

Pros:
- More roomy than X3 especially the rear seats and cargo space
- Additional 3rd row and the automatic self-level suspension
- Aggressive stance especially on the 20" wheels and the fender flares
- Heaps more torque at low rev
- Rides and sits a lot higher and better vision ahead
- Gotta love the hi-fi professional sound system and the TV

Cons:
- doesn't handle as good as the X3, feels like driving a truck
- idrive is not as intuitive as I expected and kind of hard to get used to it.
- rear parking camera is pretty useless at night
- missed our comfort seats, our E70 comes with sport seats however it doesn't offer good back support.

Recent mods include:

1. Titanium grille
2. Dual oval exhaust pipes
3. Rear passenger sunshades
