Part # for rear fascia trim kit for tow hitch?

I cannot seem to locate the part # for the rear fascia trim kit when the tow hitch is installed.

For reference, I've attached a photo I snagged from the forum of the black trim covering the cut out bumper.

Can anyone help me out?
