Why do you want run flats? why not save the money and buy a space saver and put some propper winter tyres on or even some M&S tyres, OK your top speed would be limited to a ton, but they are there to do a job.
If you are that concerned how it looks why not get an 18 volt impact wrench and atrolly jack and only put the winter tyres on when you are going to the Alps or when they have snow in Essex or bad frost, it will only take you 30 minutes to change the set with the right tools. |

hi there, thanks for the reply. We have the 7 seat option on our car as we have 4 children. For that reason i cannot have a space saver otherwise it would have been the way i would go as i do not like the runflats. I leave the 18 inch ones on from around end november until march so i do not have to worry about damaging the 20 inch wheels.
Thats why i would like to put the spacers in to improve the looks for the 4 months they are on, regards, Chris. |
