Changing head rest

Hi, our E70 has the sport pack seat which my wife doesn't like it too much. The part she hated the most is the head rest which is super firm and no neck support. I'm now thinking whether it is possible to change the head rest to the multiple contour seat head rest that has the neck cushion support. I spoke to the dealer and they think it is possible. Has anyone here done that?

The standard and sport seat headrests can be adjusted in/out by pressing the button and pulling the front cushion in/out. Have you tried that?

hardware seems to be exactly the same.
I've seen them on ebay going for around $900, kinda pricey for me.
