Wanted a pair of 211 style 19 inch rims

Hi Guys,
The dealership tells me the vibration in the steering wheel is being caused by 2 bent rims, which apparently per them are not repairable. They said its so bent even the spokes are bent, but i couldn't tell looking at it. I mean there are a couple of scratches, but nothing that shows they're bent!!
They are asking for an absurd amount for the rims, and I wanted to know if I should buy them from parts.com? Have anyone bought them wheels from there? Are they OEM? Difference is $430 each vs 600 each.
Should I get a 2nd opinion and see if the wheels are repairable?

Cheers,
