Question OEM Dunlop 20" Tires F/S...Winter Question

Hey Guys/Gals,
I know the mods don't like items to be placed for sale outside the items for sale section, but this thread is just as much a question as it is a possible f/s thread.

Like many of you in the colder climates who have summer tires, I need to act quickly about a winter set-up. I am no stranger to a dedicated winter rim/tire set-up as I have had them for many of my previous bimmers and currently have a set-up for my Z. Although the 18" winter set-up fellow members have been showing us (and thanks for sharing pics) look acceptable but are more about winter performance than looks, I know I will have a rough time warming up to them. I could go the 20" rep route, but for various reasons I'm not too comfortable with that decision.

So...I was thinking that eventually (within the next 12-15k miles, if not before), I'll need new tires and will most likely purchase the Conti A/S, but what if I just made that purchase now instead of a dedicated winter package and replaced the summer 20" with the Contis. Do you think I would have difficultly selling the Dunlops? They only have 1300 miles on them. TR has the OEM Dunlops listed for $1932 before shipping, so what do think would be a reasonable selling point? Also, for those of you with A/S tires in colder climates, have you been happy with the performance? Our winter driving consists of more cold/wet conditions rather than snow or ice.
Thanks for any input you can share.
