Kat Traxx - has anyone tested it out?
I have been a big fan of the 995 since it's inception but o never bought one after it got stolen a few years back, from my Lexus.
I have just ordered the Kat Traxx and readingthe reviews am looking forward to it.

What? This thing as a radar detector?

The 3 axis accelerometer seems like absolute uselessness.

Has it actually ever been TESTED in a controlled test? (ie not 'reviews')

So I am glad I haven't updated my credit card information in google checkout, which is why the order is on hold Now I don't have to get this. Has anyone really heard anything substantial about this particular detector/scrambler?

Considering how well the Valentine and Escort high-end models work, I wouldn't go with an unknown detector, without some good review results from a reputable and major source.
