ahh I'm right there in Plainview... didn't recognize that Bertucci's and Fridays though.

BTW, I lightly smoked the tails and I think it looks a lot better than the bright red, no problem with cops so far. Frankly, it doesn't look that much darker than some vehicles stock, like Trailblazers for one.

The bertuccis and fridays is in westbury in roosevelt field mall and the tail light tints i will probably hold off on bc i actually like the red tail lights with hints of black in them for the 2011's that come stock with the car.

Thanks

How did your shop paint and glue the badges back on? I can't find double-sided tape that is thin and sturdy enough to hold the badges in place.

Did your rear windows come tinted from factory? I want to tint all my windows at ~40%, but am worried that "double tinting" the rear windows would make it too dark, and won't match the front doors.

I dont know how he did it but the rear windows came from factory as i got rear climate package which includes 35% tinted glass from factory and i just matched the fronts- came out pretty good in my opinion, used solargard tint to match it. hope that helps.

Thanks
Yusuf

Nice X5!

although, I never understood jetblack wheels. Almost impossible to tell the pattern, therefore they look like the hubcaps from K.I.T.T.

Just my $.02.

But it still looks good. Congrats.

Did you take off the roof rails to have it painted?
