How do you retract the head rest?

I have an 08 E70 with the multi contour seats and I can't figure out how the heck to make the headrest go up and down. Which button is it? The manual doesn't say.

The back lever/button, what sets your seat to recline back. Push that baby in an upward direction and vola!

im confused are you saying push the back rest button that reclined the seat back, IN and UP?

Just push the back rest button up and down to adjust the head rest. Don't push the button in.

take a look at the bottom image with the lever marked "4". It reclines the seat if pressed back/forth but if you press it directly up/down it adjusts the headrest.
