X5 xDrive35d ordered at invoice pricing over the phone with David M Aviles (eurocarsonline), on 12/30/10, and the waiting has begun.

David and his manager have been great and I look forward to a plain less transaction.

Congrats! I ordered from David as well. It has been a wonderful process thus far. I pick mine up PCD next Thursday!!!

I do not want to go off topic with this post …but we all need good divorce attorneys , you really never know what the future holds.

I meant the $3500 from BMW (and of couse the $1800 from Feds).
