Hub centric H & R spacers

I am looking to buy the wheels that come on the x6m. I know the rears won't fit and cannot find anyone local to bore out the rear hubs. I looked into the h&r spacers with the adaptable hubs. Have never used spacers and wanted to know the negatives and also if there are any safety concerns. Will I have any alignment issues as the x5 already has uneven tire wear. I know the x6 doesn't come with extended flares so does that mean the x6 wheels have different offsetts ? Any advice on what size spacer, I was thinking the thinner the better, less stress on the hubs ? Any advice would be helpful !

I have done this. I will PM you in a few hours with further info. I may be looking to sell my 300Ms that were bored out cause I am entertaining switching over to an M3?? Anyway, my 300Ms are OEM, have been bored out perfectly. They look and drive fantastic on my Black Sapphire E70. Worst case, I can at least share some info. BTW, I live in New York City area so a sell (if agreed upon) can happen easy.

I have been using spacers for several years. No issues. I prefer spacers to boring as that can effect integrity /strength of wheel

So should I keep the spacers as thin as possible (5mm or 10mm) so there isn't any extra stress on the hubs or lugs ?

Are there any issues as far as the dealer and warranty is concerned ?
