Spacers on 2011 with 19's

Anybody put spacers on their 2011 with 19" wheels - looking for pics and what size you used.

Thanks
Rob

Ditto. Anyone know the max you can go? 20/25mm?

Looking at getting some RS Technic spacers that have a chamfered inside edge that allows easy removal using a standard flat head screw driver, should they get seized to the hub.

12mm front, 25mm rear H&Rs. I've seen posts with 30mm rear spacers.

I put 30mm extenders on my 2011 (search for it by my user id); however keep in mind that mine has wheel arches, just like jcmd2003's. If you have 2011 with original 19" (without wheel arches), you probably dont need more than 15-20mm tops for it to look "extended base"

With 25mm in the rear on the pic above it still seems he has room until the edge. 20mm in the rear would probably be as far as I want to go, no extended wheel arches on mine. Probably 10mm up front I would guess then.

I would not touch the front at all as it will affect steering geometry. I didnt put any spacers on front. See pics I just took for you (30mm rear, nothing front)

Affect steering geometry? Do you have some hard evidence for that or are you repeating often-quoted forum axioms? The sport activity model (which is what I have) comes standard with 10" front and 11" rear rims. Since I opted for the 9" wide 19" diameter rims, the 12mm spacers in front bring the front wheels' center of mass to exactly where it would be with 10" rims (5" from hub).

Great post Alexmish. Does anyone know if the OEM 20" wheels would be look similar to the OEM 19".
Im not sure if the offset is the same for OEM 20" wheels such as 211 Style.
