What rates is BMW offering on lease buyouts?

I know the answer depends on the applicant's credit, but lets presume tier 1.

Is the buyout/residual negotiable?

What is the maximum term? 48, 60 months?

What rates have people been quoted. I saw 6% for 36 mo., so I'd presume it would be higher on a 60 month loa if they even offer that for an off lease purchase.

Yes it is negotiable. Last March (2010), I was quoted 2.9% for 60 months on my 2007 335i but I passed because the dealer and I couldn't agree on the lease end purchase price.
