Not if it's under warranty. I had a similar issue in my E92 and my dealer replaced one headlight and 2 foglights at no charge

We bought ours CPO'ed and the headlights crazed within a week from the purchase date but BMW picked up the tab. I had to argue a bit with them, and call BMWUSA (which believe it or not actually helped quite a bit).
