My all time favorite car was a 1987 325is, a real cream puff! Drove it 12 years and 187,000 miles, until it died a spectacular fiery death in my driveway from a fuel leak under the hood. The only thing I could salvage from that car was the BMW badge and the spare tire/wheel, both of which I still have. After 12 years driving a Jeep and loving the convenience of an SUV, I've decided to return to the BMW community. The final choice came down to the Cayenne S and the X5 50i, but the Bimmer won out in the end.

Just placed the order yesterday but decided to wait for the April production so I can get the enhanced Comfort Access keyless entry (automatic ambient lighting) and the BMW Apps.

Will also be getting aftermarket radar detector, window tint, and significantly upgraded sound (600w Alpine amp, high end Focal speakers, and a 10" JL sub).

Only 9 weeks until it arrives at the end of April! Will post pics then.
