We've had some unusually cold days, and lots of snow here in Tennessee and haven't seen any issues either.

In MN and we're not through with winter yet!
 So far so good (knocks wood)....And we've seen many, many degrees below zero more than once this year. LOVE this Diesel...Hell, I'm already getting 21-22 mpg and I'm barely through break-in..I can pass with ease at all speeds, very, very smooth running, it's torquey as hell and sounds wonderful too

You shouldn't have any problems once it is cold, as the suppliers will have switched, as you said. Problems happen when it is first cold in the fall, when it is cold in areas that don't usually get that cold, or when a vehicle from a warmer climate is transported to a cold climate area, complete with summer fuel.

No problems here in NJ, and traveling on NJ fuel to colder places in Vermont and such (even though I was told horror stories of people filling up in CT and getting jellied-up in Vermont). DEF held up nicely - lasted between oil changes, even though I did have a fare amount of idling.
A small trick to consider - the "active" def tank is heated, so if you know you will be heading into very cold weather, or traveling north, simply top the active tank off before that, and you will be good for ~2000 miles worth of driving in cold temps.

Is there is a heater in the fuel pump assembly so you should not get any problems? Some cars have a small fuel heater in the pump system to reduce or prevent issues? Not sure about the E70, but the E71 has an 'in tank' pump which may use the fuel as heat sump

I recently made a trip up to vermont where it got -26 below overnight and I had an issue where the fuel did jell up on me and I could not get the car started and had to get the vehicle towed to an indoor garge to thaw out. My issue was because I had filled up in New Jersey and did not top off the tank when I got to Vermont. I was told in the colder climate states the fuel is "cut" different to help prevent gelling.
