You could have had your answer by now if you read your manual.

I did not get one with my used vehicle and I could not find it on-line. Thanks for your help.

Comfort Access has nothing to do with the seat operation. Do you mean the Multi-Contour Seats?

I am pretty sure it does.

If it's what im thinking of, try the buttons on the side of the seats, the one that is position horizontally, hold it up or down. headrest should move up or down.

It does not. Comfort Access is what allows you to Lock/Unlock/Start the vehicle without the key.
Multi-Contour Seats have an electrically operable headrest for up/down movement. |

Regular seats in mine ('10 w/premium) have it too.

The button which adjusts the seat back(forward, backward) is used to adjust the headrest. You move the back rest button up and down to adjust the headrest. The up and down movement of the headrest is powered on the E60. It has been that way on my 2 e60's and every other E60 that I have been in.
