Check you Engine

Today I found out there is someone else taking joy ride in my car I only have 2000 mls on my car . Would this be a warranty issue?

Unfortunately that would NOT be covered by warranty... unless you can prove the rat is OE German.

X5 is build in NC would that be USA born mouse/rat.

What is foam for?? Sound insulation?
Have you seen this before? because it seems like perfect spot for mouse to hide.

Funf had a similar finding in his engine cover. I believe he is in TX somewhere.....

I suppose if you notice your diesel engine getting louder over time, perhaps it may because the rats are eating up the insulation to make a nice cozy home for themselves
