Thoughts on pricing...2010 X5 35D

i am in the marked to replace my wife's existing X5 with a new (used) model. Looking at a fully loaded 2010 X5 35d with 22k miles. Car is NOT CPO. Dealer is asking $52k. Just looking for some data on what these things are selling for...Thanks.

My suggestion - go to autotrader.com. While you can't see what they are actually selling them for, you can see what everyone is asking ~ and how similar they are to the one you are considering (miles, options, etc). You can even compare what differt parts of the state or country are offering.

I'm assuming that you've already gone to the Kelly Blue Book site (kbb.com) and seen the three price points they offer (private party, retail and trade in).

You may also try Edmonds.com -- they may actual provide what buyers actually paid (so I've heard).

I bought a 2010 X5d for my wife in December w/15k. It has cold, premium, pano, rear entertainment, HUD, auto brights, comfort seats, basically everything except 3rd row. It's a CPO with extended maintenance to 100k. We paid $54k
