ipod no cord?

Does the new set up, 2012, no longer come with an ipod cord? I have a 2011 and mine came with a cord as part of the tech or ipod package...my cord is the (Y) version. Reason I ask is mi madre just took delivery of a 2011 3er, new build, and she is supposed to have an "ipod and usb adapter" as part of the value package. I do not see one in the car. Did the stealer thieve us? Or is the cord no longer included? I understand this is out of place but I though someone with the new set up could brief me so I could get back to the dealer asap if needed...gracias amigos

My 2011 X5 35d did NOT come with a cord even though I opted for the $400 iPOD Adapter package. Did I miss something?

You use the standard white usb ipod cord. I also did not get a cord which for some reason didn't surprise me.

They updated the system so you no longer need the Y cable. You can just use the cable that came with your iPod.
