Are all the E70 MOST-Bus Equipped? (iPod Retrofit)

Hello, I have been looking for an iPod kit for my X5. A dealer quoted me at $345.00 for the kit but he asked me if my vehicle was MOST Bus equipped since the kits are different if its not. This is the only dealer that has asked me this so I'm now pretty confused on whether I'm buying the right one for my car.

My vehicle is a 2007 E70 3.0d (euro spec), it has no factory installed navigation, cd changer or usb port (on the center armrest). Is there a specific part number for the kit I should be looking for? I've noticed that there are about 3 different part numbers for the iPod kit that fit the E70.

The part I was quoted for is the following:

SHould I buy all the other parts listed below the interface description?

Your expertise would be certainly appreciated!!!!

Thanks!
