Sirius Radio reception issues ?

Hi,
Has anyone had issues with the Sirius radio cutting in and out ?
Mine constantly cuts in and out, and the dealer is saying this is normal.
If it's normal, than it's pathetic.

A few days ago a bus pulled up beside me at a red light, and I lost signal.

The dealer said the Head unit is bad, and on "world-wide backorder"
that when it comes it, they'll install it for free, but there is no ETA.

Anyone else having a reception problem ?

thanks,

Bill

Only in tunnels and under bridges, etc. Never in traffic.

Same as Diesel. Only under bridges or in really densely tree'd back roads.
Although on Saturday morning, it did cut out for like 15 minutes on a highway, but I assumed that was an issues with Sirius.

Mine sounds a little fuzzy. One time the sound was very distorted. It was on the Sirius, everything else sounded fine. I had to shut the car down and when it was restarted, the distortion was gone. But it always sounds fuzzy.
