X5M Wheels ~ Opinion and Advice

Looking to upgrade my wheels from the stock 18" rims to the X5M wheels.

I know I will need the spacers for the rear wheels. But, should I buy the X5M wheels and tires? Or get replica wheels...?

He is offering the wheels and tires as a set for $850.00 including TPMS.

The pics are for the wheels I am looking to buy.
Thanks,

dab

Also, my x5 is a 2010 Alpine White...if there is anyone with an Alpine White X5 and these wheels I would love to see some more pics of the combo!

I've just done this on my 2008 ... but it's not simple .... if you original which I think is the only safe we to go if you've got passengers you care about in the car ... then the wheels need reboring on the rear as the hubs on the X5 are 74mm all round .... the X5M is 74mm on front but rear is 72.6mm

Worth it in my opinion ....

Looks great! How much did the rebor cost? Looks good on your X5...

$850 for wheels and tires seems like a pretty good deal even if I have to rebor the rears.

It is my wife's daily drive, so I definitely want to stay safe!

Brewhahog- The pics that you posted do not appear to be OEM BMW X5M wheels.... at least not 2011/2012 US spec X5M wheels. Check out Gazard's pics...THOSE are OEM X5M wheels. That price is WAY TOO CHEAP to be OEM!

Quoted for truth. Also seems way too cheap to be anything "good" for after market/replica. Then again, I'm not very well-versed in wheels so maybe that's the going rate?

Alpine White X5M with REAL OEM X5M wheels. I don't think the ones that you pictured are even 20"? I included a shot of the real OEM wheel and the ones that you have in your first post.
